[[مسألة: إذا طَرَأ الحيضُ على المرأةِ المعتَكِفةِ فهل يَبطُلُ اعتكافُهَا؟]] والجواب: إذا حاضَتِ المعتَكِفةُ حَرُم بقاؤُهَا في المسجدِ؛ لِمَا تقدَّم من الأدلةِ على حُرمةِ دخولِ الحائضِ المسجدَ.
[[وهل يَبطلُ اعتكافُهَا إذا خَرَجَتْ من المسجدِ؟]] في المسألةِ قولانِ لأهلِ العلمِ، أرجحُهُما: أنَّه لا يَبطلُ اعتكافُهَا؛ لأنَّ خروجَهَا لأجلِ الحيضِ في معنى الخروجِ لحاجةِ الإنسانِ، فيكونُ مُستَثنى.
[[ويُستفادُ من ذلكَ]]: أنَّه إذا طَهُرَتْ من الحيضِ فلها أنْ تَرجِعَ إلى المعتَكَفِ وتُكمِلُ اعتكافَهَا.
